1. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or refunds unless an item is damaged during shipping.
  • If your order arrives damaged, please email mjenkins181@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will assess the claim and provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.

2. Shipping Policy

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and paid by the customer.
  • Orders are shipped from Florida.
  • We use trusted shipping carriers, but delivery times may vary. Once shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
  • If an order is lost in transit, please contact us, and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

3. International Shipping

  • At this time, we primarily ship within the United States. If international shipping is available, any duties or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please reach out before placing an order for international shipping.

4. Order Processing Time

  • Since most products are handmade, processing times vary. Estimated processing times will be provided at checkout.
